Ingredients

  • 3 cups dry-roasted peanuts (unsalted)
  • 1 -2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  • Combine peanuts and oil in mixing bowl.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Pour into food processor.
  • Process for 3-4 minutes until very smooth.
  • Transfer to a storage container.
  • Keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Kids Can: Help measure out peanuts and oil, stir in bowl, push processor buttons, spoon into storage container, and screw top lid on.
