- 3 cups dry-roasted peanuts (unsalted)
- 1 -2 tablespoons olive oil
- Combine peanuts and oil in mixing bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Pour into food processor.
- Process for 3-4 minutes until very smooth.
- Transfer to a storage container.
- Keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Kids Can: Help measure out peanuts and oil, stir in bowl, push processor buttons, spoon into storage container, and screw top lid on.
