• 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 cup milk, low fat
  • ½ cup orange juice


  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Cover tightly and blend until smooth.

Kids Can: use a plastic knife (older children) to slice banana, measure ingredients, and operate the blender.

Change it up: Add any fruit you have around the kitchen. This is a great way to use up overripe bananas. Serve in a fun cup and a straw to make it extra special.
