Juice isn’t a must, but if you choose to give your baby juice do so after 6 months. Always use a cup, not a bottle, and a few sips is plenty (2 ounces). A little goes a long way, sweet Mommy!

Giving your baby cereal too early throws off her ability to know what “full” is. Cereal comes when your baby is 5-6 months old. Be patient and wait for the right time. Your baby will benefit greatly.
Spitting food out doesn’t mean he doesn’t like peas. It means he’s trying to get used to this new taste, texture, and smell. Stick yours out too and watch him laugh!
